Belle PCLX
The Belle PCLX is a petrol-powered forward plate compactor for compacting sub-bases, backfill, and granular material on construction and landscaping sites. Powered by a Honda GX120 engine with a 13kN oil-filled vibrator, it delivers consistent compaction across patios, driveways, paths, and trench reinstatement work.
Two Sizes — Choose by Plate Width
Manchester Diggers hires the PCLX in two sizes. Both share the same Honda GX120 engine, 13kN vibration unit, and 20 m/min travel speed. The difference is plate width and contact pressure — choose the 32 for concentrated force on dense material, the 40 for efficient coverage on larger areas.

What the Belle PCLX Is Used For
Sub-base compaction for block paving, patios, and driveways. Trench backfill and reinstatement after drainage or utility work. Compacting granular fill around foundations and footings. Any job where material needs to be properly consolidated before the finished surface goes down.
The PCLX handles the range of granular materials used on typical residential and commercial sites — MOT Type 1, sharp sand, gravel, and mixed sub-base aggregate all compact effectively under the plate.
